You will get six 12oz bottles filled with our unique blends of vegetable and fruit juices and a delicious vanilla bean almond milk. Begin with a green juice and alternate till the milk is the last drink before bed. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day to further support the flushing of your system.
How should I prepare for my cleanse?
We recommend that you begin preparing two days prior to cleansing.
Preparation allows your body to slowly ease itself into cleansing, and decreases your chance of side effects.
How often can you do a cleanse?
Health gurus recommend keeping your body in constant stress, swinging from everyday eating habits to shocking it with a cleanse. So why not naturally remove toxin build-up to improve concentration levels, an overall sense of well-being, and energy. A cleanse is an excellent way for your body to fill and flush with raw vitamins, minerals, and natural enzymes.

All the fruits and vegetables that are used in making your juices are beneficial for cleansing your digestive system. These vegetables and fruits are all high in fiber, have high antioxidant properties, and plenty of essential vitamins and minerals. How long can my juices last? You should consume your juice within 4 days of receiving it for the best quality. Remember to keep refrigerated.

Is there anything I can eat on the cleanse?
The idea of a cleanse is to only consume the juice so that your digestive system has the opportunity to rest. Unfortunately, the benefits will not be the same if you eat solid food. If you absolutely must, go for a few slices of cucumber or apple to get you through.
Pre- Cleanse Preparation
Before diving into your juice cleanse, spend 3-4 days in your pre-cleanse elimination phase to rid your body of remnants of too much caffeine, alcohol or processed foods. Do Yoga and eat fruits with each meal to help your body prep for juicing.

Dehydration is commonly mistaken for hunger, so drink more water to keep your cells hydrated and eliminate false hunger.
Drinking water is also an important first step in preparing for your juice cleanse because it transports nutrients to your cells.
STAY ON SCHEDULE WITH YOUR JUICES
Aim to drink a juice every 2 to 2.5 hours.
Upon waking: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice
8-9am: Start by drinking any green juice!
10:30-11:30am: Rooted Bliss
1-2 pm: Rooted Balance ( energy booster)
3-4pm: Rooted Zen
5-6pm: Rooted Life
6-8 pm:Republic Milk
CONSISTENCY IS KEY.
If you space out your juices over 12 hours, finishing your milk roughly 2 hours before your fall asleep - your body will thank you.
Skipping juices will likely leave you hungry later and may result in your blood sugar crashing.
Even if you are not hungry, when it is time for your next consecutive juice, drink up.
TIPS FOR A MORE EFFECTIVE JUICE CLEANSE
Dry brush your skin daily during your cleanse to help slough away dead skin cells and opens your pores for the elimination process.
Sweat it out
Breaking a sweat is your body’s most efficient method of toxin elimination.
It is not uncommon to see a decrease in elimination as your cleanse continues. Less in can equal less out. However, it is important that you pay attention to your body’s signals. If you are experiencing detox symptoms like nausea, but have not eliminated waste from your intestines, you may need to courage elimination through an herbal laxative (senna), enema or colonic.
